SPOILERS ALERT My favorite character by far is Blodwedd, from "Destiny's Path".. She's so alien, being an owl in a human body, but her sense of displacement and loneliness still makes her so believable and likeable. I have to admire her loyalty to Govannon (and later to Branwen) for living a life so foreign to her. And her scene with Rhodri, sleeping in the cave, was just too adorable for words! Do you think the sacrifice she made at the end of the book was really so hard for her? Did she do it only because she had to, or because staying human meant staying with Branwen and Rhodri? In spite of Govannon's declaration, is there still a chance she might become an owl again?
I agree! I was a little annoyed with her in the beginning but I enjoyed her rivalry with Branwen. She's got such a hilarious personality. I think she made the sacrifice partly because of Rhodri. And because she know, really KNOWS, the consequences of Branwen failing and knows she could be alot of help with that. I think she might end up a hero and be giving a chance to be an owl again... but who know?

Haha. Yes. Blodwedd is a very dynamic character. She is very funny. I just got to chapter 26 of Destiny's Path, I'm already anxious to read the next book. I wonder if Frewin will write it fast enough! Haha. But Blodwedd made me skeptical at first but she is by far very funny and likeable. :-)
I found that she was one of those characters that your not fond of and then you get to know her and love her. I love how she jumps on people and does not hesitate to take them down. She would probaly be good at football (american version, not soccer).
