i have never liked rathina. she gets to much pity and she gets on my nerves -_- if i felt bad for anyone id feel bad for zara. shes the one that suffered the greatest. unlike everyone else (save sancha) she like...how should i put this...never got a chance. like she just had to go and get killed and never experience love, just little crushes and such. main reason why i cried for her in the third book T^T

Wait (giggles) did you just holler that out, like, without anyone else knowing what was going on in the book? I love random humor!

Rathina's ability to switch between disloyal and loyal make her flawed and thus more believable as a person. I like that she turns from a disloyal person to a loyal and hard working person to make up for her bad choices in the past. In a way her and edric change positions in the 4th and 5th book.
